Jobing Description

CED San Diego, one of the areas largest electrical distributors, is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant with an emphasis in reception. We are seeking a positive individual who is motivated, with a team player attitude.

You must posses:

Experience answering phones

The ability to multitask

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook

Basic math skills. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals


Duties and responsibilities include:

Answering 20 line phone system and directing the calls to the right people in an efficient matter. Processing cash and credit sales. Process incoming and outgoing mail and distribute to the correct people. Light filing and organization of paperwork.
