Multiple Customer Service openings with global consulting firm specializing in financial management and her. Spanish-bilingual and French-bilingual (preferably French Canadian) needed.  This exciting opportunity will provide customer service support for defined benefit plans, including pension and/or health & welfare. Job responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that appropriate action is taken, researching plan issues, processing benefit data, and maintaining accurate case notes. Qualifications include Spanish and/or French bilingual fluency (verbal & written) with a strong customer service focus, 2 years experience in a customer service setting (call center preferred), proficiency with MSOffice (MSWord & Excel), min 35wpm and willingness to work in a team.  Benefit/pension plan and/or finance/research analyst experience a plus. Position pays $16/hr, Mon-Friday schedule with shifts between 6AM - 6PM; you must be available for any/all shift. Office located in Carmel Valley.
