In March, I was very fortunate to be invited to a party where I was in the company of amazing authors and speakers including Marci Shimoff, Mark Victor Hansen, and Debbie Ford who are truly helping others live their best lives possible.   As many of you probably know, Marci Shimoff is a celebrated transformational leader, #1 New York Times best-selling author and recently published “Happy For No Reason: 7 Steps to Being Happy from the Inside Out.”  I was able to speak with Marci and we discussed how important being happy is for all areas of your life, especially in your career.   In “Happy for No Reason”, Marci addresses the following key points regarding happiness and your career:
