Blog Post: Training for California Supervisors on Mandated Sexual Harassment AB1825 Regulations!
posted Thursday, October 30, 2008 2:38 PM
Are you staying compliant?
California Law AB1825 requires employers that employ 50 or more persons to provide 2 hours of sexual harassment training every 2 years to all persons who supervise California-based employees.
Due to the fact that many employees tend to use their accrued vacation time in mid to late December, the sooner you get these sessions scheduled, and on everyone’s calendars, the better off you’ll be at the end of the year. Tags
