The Job Interview.
I was going to write The Dreaded Job Interview, but it really doesn’t need to be that way, does it? SDSU’s College of Extended Studies runs an excellent Training & Development seminar series where folks get together once a month to hear a local expert speak on a topic relevant to business today. The next meet-up is on Friday, May 8, 2009 , from 8:30-10:30 am , and Janis Whitaker, Management Trainer at JP Whitaker & Associates, will be discussing interview techniques. Her talk is going to be aimed toward anyone working in a position that requires them to interview new potential hires, so she’s going to be outlining some techniques that will help interviewers hire the right person the first time.
