Join us at ECoPA’s August meeting for another great top ten: Top 10 Policy Mistakes and How They Can Haunt You.  While this list may not be as funny as "The Top Ten Things That Almost Rhyme with Peas" or “Top Ten Messages on Dick Cheney's Answering Machine”, you won’t be laughing when a mistake in a company policy costs the company a lawsuit.

This presentation will focus on common mistakes employers make in written policies and procedures, including identifying the top 10 biggest issues, describing the impact of each kind of mistake, and explaining what can be done to avoid and/or correct them.  This will be a lively, interactive presentation and all attendees are invited to join in.  Come learn more about common mistakes you can avoid and bring your questions.
