Small Business Contracting Opportunity -- Supplier Diversity

The San Diego County Water Authority is soliciting proposals for the following project: Water Conservation Advertising, Marketing and Creative Services to support the 20-Gallon Challenge campaign and help achieve the Water Authority's water savings goals.

Scroll down the page to view Services, locate the project, and then download the RFP from The Network, the Water Authority's online vendor registration, solicitation, and notification system.

Please note that there is a Mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting on December 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., PST, in the Water Authority's Board Room at 4677 Overland Avenue, San Diego CA 92123. If you prefer to attend by teleconferencing, RSVP in writing to me no later than Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 4:00 p.m., PST; include an email address, to which teleconferencing instructions will be sent. Only those firms that attend the Mandatory Pre-proposal or teleconference will be eligible to submit a proposal for this project.
