ACCION San Diego is a non-profit organization striving to bring economic opportunity to small business owners in Southern California. By providing small business loans and support to entrepreneurs who lack access to traditional forms of credit, our goal is to help them create their dreams, provide for their families and contribute to their communities.

We are looking for those with experience in all three or a combination of the following:

• Have small business lending experience
• Have worked in a bank in the small business lending department
• Have worked in lending or in finance for a Non Profit Organization
