Home Start, a non-profit agency dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and strengthening of families is seeking a Case Manager for the Community Services for Family - North Inland Program. This position provides in-home case management and supportive services to low income, at-risk families and individuals.

This is a temporary position to cover for a leave of absence.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent human services field and bilingual in English/Spanish required. Must have knowledge of Child Welfare Services, family and child services, community resources and experience with in-home case management.

Temporary full-time position (40 hours per week).
