Einstein Industries, Inc. provides all full-time employees with a
comprehensive high quality benefits package. After a short one-month
waiting period, new employees can enroll in any and all plans, and
while some require monthly premiums, the company pays the majority
of the costs.
Following is a summary of current benefits:
- Medical
Two excellent choices are available to you and your family. We offer
a PPO Plan and an HMO Plan through Blue Cross of California. Both
plans provide excellent coverage for the single employee. Dependent
coverage is available but paid for by the employee. Small office co-
pays can make going to the doctor a breeze. Annual open enrollment
allows ease of transfer between plans.
- Dental
The dental plan is exceptional. You will be enrolled in the Guardian
Dental PPO plan. You have the freedom to choose any dentist you
wish, but a higher level of benefit is provided if you choose a
network provider. Your coverage provides you annual visits for
preventative care, basic, and major dental services.
- Group Life Insurance and AD&D
You will automatically be covered for $25,000. If it is an
accidental death, the coverage amount doubles. This benefit is an
employer paid benefit.
