About Us Father Joe’s Villages/St. Vincent de Paul Village is one of America’s most highly respected providers of comprehensive care to break the cycle of homelessness. Located in the Southwest, it offers a program of rehabilitative services that grew out of a simple "soup kitchen." Every family and individual in need deserves to be treated with dignity. Benefits Father Joe's Villages® offers employees generous benefits, including: Regular full-time and regular part time (20-31 hours a week) positions come with a standard benefits package which includes, medical, dental, pension/401k, life, long-term disability and a self elect short term disability option. Temporary, seasonal, on-call and part-time positions under 20 hours a week are not eligible for benefits. Salary is determined by the candidate’s ability to meet the listed requirements for the position and range of opportunity in their job classification.
