Career Coaching 4 You was started by Eddie Tubbs as a mobile career support service company to help people search for answers to their real-life career questions.  Whether your needs are college, career, or company team building Eddie can help high school students, college students and adults alike.

Coach Eddie has a BA Degree in Liberal Studies from CSU San Marcos, has been certified as a True Colors Facilitator and has an Advanced Career Coaching Certification from Chapman University in Irvine, California.  He is a member of Eureka, and a member of the San Diego Association for Psychological Type (SANDAPT).

Coach Eddie has over 11 years combined experience as both a professional career advisor and college career center coordinator. Eddie has worked with hundreds of high school, Gear Up, Upward Bound, and college students.  He also supports job seekers from all walks of life.  He especially understands the special needs of those separating from the military.  Coach Eddie is a 25 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
