CWLA Statement of Beliefs

The California Women's Leadership Association (CWLA) believes in the basic principles of conservatism, which emphasize smaller government, individual freedom, responsibility and accountability, and view the government as a facilitator, not a regulator, in the private sector.

CWLA Mission Statement

The California Women's Leadership Association is committed to bring together influential women to effect positive change in our community and government through education as well as advocacy and to identify and assist women with opportunities for involvement in significant decision making opportunities and positions.

CWLA Goals

The goals of this organization are to redefine conservatism by revisiting its basic principles, identify, develop, educate, and support candidates for leadership opportunities, demonstrate and develop the strengths women bring to the policy-making arena of problem solving skills, consensus building, and teaming; and educate women to leverage power to attain specific goals, working within the system.
