El Cajon Community Development Corporation (El Cajon CDC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3), community based organization formed to conduct comprehensive and managed community revitalization in Downtown El Cajon through the application of Smart Growth Principles. El Cajon CDC creates a healthy community by increasing public and private investment in El Cajon, and providing safe and affordable housing opportunities for all residents within its boundaries. We believe in Downtown El Cajon!

Charter

El Cajon CDC is federally designated as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and Community Based Development Organization (CBDO). El Cajon CDC is also a Property Based Improvement District (PBID) representing over 250 parcels and is certified as a National and California Main Street Community
