Accent on Solutions

Our goal is to empower clients to craft an at-home solution that fits with their unique set of needs and desires. AccentCare goes one step further by providing Care Coordination services that can manage all aspects of a client's care and represents a meaningful alternative to facility-based assisted living.

AccentCare begins with an online profile, followed by an in-home evaluation by an AccentCare Client Care Coordinator, a trained home-care professional who meets with the senior and his or her family. This profiling is part of our holistic approach that addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social and environmental aspects of the senior's living situation. A comprehensive and personalized plan of care report is then prepared for the client on an individual basis.
