PWI provides job training, placement, and ongoing support services for adults with developmental disabilities to work in the community. In collaboration with outstanding partnerships with over 350 employers, PWI creates employment opportunities for individuals and meets employers' labor needs. Founded in 1985, PWI serves over 650 individuals daily.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
The EAP is a professional counseling service available to assist employees and their family members through a period of personal difficulty. The EAP has licensed experienced clinical professionals with special expertise in: relationship and family difficulties, personal problems, stress, conflicts at work, alcoholism, drug abuse and financial and legal problems. All employee contacts with our EAP provider are kept strictly confidential.

PWI's Retirement Plan:
403(b) Savings and Investment Plan, available to all staff upon hire - your retirement savings can multiply quickly with a PWI Match. Elect to defer up to the maximum allowable limit of your salary before taxes and PWI will match a percentage of your eligible compensation.  PWI's match begins at one year of service.  A wide range of investment options are available.
