Profile: East County Personnel Association

East County Personnel Association (ECoPA) was established in 1990 to provide East County personnel and human resource professionals with programs, education, networking and services to assist in meeting these issues.

East County Personnel Association meets monthly for a luncheon and an exciting speaker with timely topics of interest for any HR professional or business manager. Also present at the meetings are experienced labor law attorneys that provide updates on employment/labor legislation in California, as well as answers and solutions to your toughest labor law questions.

Also, the monthly meetings provide an excellent networking opportunity with other East County businesses, and are a great way to keep on top of critical issues in the changing times we have before us.

Some speaker topics include Meeting Skills that Mean Business, Managing Employee Conflict, Managing the Rising Cost of Workers’ Compensation, Employee Investigations, and Workplace Violence.
