The San Diego Committee on the Employment of People With Disabilities is an organization that promotes employment opportunities for persons with disabilities through community action, education and collaboration. The Committee is comprised of dedicated volunteers from the public, private and nonprofit sectors.

SDCEPD is a collaboration of public and private employers and community-based organizations that are dedicated to promoting employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
We accomplish by:
