Profile: Employment & Community Options

Employment and Community Options assists thousands of individuals with disabilities in obtaining and retaining employment opportunities in the five counties of California including San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Alameda.   Through us, adults with disabilities are given the opportunity to work as employees at places of business in their community.  Employment and Community Options also serves low-income seniors who must return to work because they cannot afford to remain retired and live in the community.

Employment and Community Options is a nonprofit organization formed in 1985.  Employment and Community Options strives to create and support opportunities for adults with disabilities and economically disadvantaged seniors in making choices to live, work and enjoy life in their community with dignity and respect!
