In 1992, Advantage Homes opened its doors with one office, selling 35 new homes and the hope of helping many more Californians attain the dream of owning their own home.

By the late 90's, Advantage Homes was a company on the rise; doubling sales every two years. And this was only the beginning. Today, one office has grown to 18, thirty-five homes per year has grown to 700 and Advantage Homes has risen to the forefront of the industry.

Advantage Homes offers high-quality  manufactured homes in a variety of communities throughout San Diego County and across California.   Many of these communities offer amenities such as clubhouses, pools, spas, playgrounds and recreation areas.  Both senior and all-age communities are available.  Frequently, these communities are adjacent to the beach, nature preserves, and great shopping.
