Westland Insurance Brokers Business Clubs America (BCA) is a national membership driven business development organization that serves the middle market business community.  With each BCA member being exclusive in their business category, BCA puts its members together in a variety of environments where they can build relationships and generate revenue with other members and their customers.  BCA provides training, tools, strategy and support to generate measurable results for its members.

Westland Insurance Brokers Business Clubs America AM breakfast events are held once a month at a venue that provides enough space for 200-300 people.  Each event features a high profile sports or business personality as the guest speaker. Westland Insurance Brokers Business Clubs America events are not open to the general public; the only people attending our events are member companies and their best clients, prospects and  vendors.  Each member has business category exclusivity, eliminating any competitive clutter. 

The goal of this organization is to grow each other’s reach in the business community through business relationships with members and their circle of influence.  Because of category exclusivity, members thrive in a non-competitive environment enabling all members to freely refer and recommend one another to their business relationships. Referral and recommendation is the key to geometrical growth and the essence of one-to-one marketing and as such, is the most efficient and most quantifiable measure of effective marketing.
