A San Diego based company is seeking a motivated, energetic person to join our team.
Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in the related field or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Manage accounts payables and receivables
- Maintain the general ledger and financial records for multiple companies
- Reconcile multiple companies bank accounts
- Prepare job costing reports
- Prepare financial statements
- Month-end journal entries
- Over see payroll processing
- Maintain records for each deduction
- Process quarterly and annual federal and state payroll taxes
- Prepare government reports and surveys, such as property tax statements and labor statistics surveys
- Process health and dental enrollments/termination for employees
- Manage 401(k) deposits, audit preparation, and workmamans comp preparation
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Great Plain Software a plus
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to respond effectively to inquiries; strong interpersonal communication skills.
