Our Customer Service Representatives are licensed insurance professionals, trained to delight our customers by providing the kind of personal attention and outstanding customer service that our policyholders have come to expect.

Starting pay is $16/hr to $17/hr based on education
Start Date: August 20, 2012 (+15% night differential pay)
Initial training (Licensing) - 1:00pm-9:15pm SUN/MON off (Apprx. 2 weeks)
Overnight training schedule: 9:45pm-6:00am (Sunday and Monday off)
Schedule after training may have split days off or consecutive days off
Start Date: August 20, 2012
Training schedule: 9:00am-5:15pm (Thursday and Sunday off)
Schedule after training will include working split days off with one weekend day.
All schedules will include working one weekend day and some major holidays
Skills / Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to gather information and make decisions
• Must be comfortable working in a call center environment
