We are fortunate and proud to continue that tradition of service; today Graybill is the largest primary care medical group in the area. Our capacity to provide for our patients through the full range of care continues as we look to fill this position:
Train new and existing clients on Graybill Medical Group's Nextgen Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software. Provide ongoing telephone, on-site and email support to clients. Develop training materials and documentation; assist in all phases of implementation. Conduct software testing on new software releases. Participate in software upgrade rollouts. Monitor status of open incidents and provide communication to customer until fully resolved. Build templates in NextGen, document building, workflow analysis, and will handle other various projects as necessary.
Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems with 2 years IS, training, and training documentation experience. NextGen & Crystal Report writing experience preferred but not required. Must be able work with others in a professional manner and skilled in writing and presenting.
