Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter with superior problem/puzzle solving skills. Come join the scheduling department and match qualified caregivers to specific client home healthcare needs. It's not just a numbers game in scheduling a caregivers work hours... it's a rewarding job in empathetically understanding a senior's needs and matching the right caregiver for the job.

Qualifications:
BS or BA college degree and two years related scheduling experience. Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred.

Requires excellent proficiency in various software programs, platforms and equipment, some of which are listed below:
*Internet
*MS Platform
*MS Office Programs
* iPad
*Texting

Must possess outstanding human relations, customer service and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously, while being kind, personal and professional. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are necessary. We need an assertive team-player who can solve problems and think outside the box.


Essential Functions:
Assists the Scheduling Department with the following administrative tasks:

Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients' needs.

Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.

Processes via computer, the data necessary to initiate accurate payroll and billing processes.

May assist with the input, verification, and release of billing and payroll information as well as the assembly of data for financial reporting purposes.

Computes wages and records data for use in payroll processing and competitive rate studies.

Works with Care Coordinators and Human Resources Coordinators to assist in resolution of caregiver issues.

Represents the Company in a professional, ethical and reputable manner at all times and pursues and supports all actions necessary for Company to maintain its non-union status.
