Jobing Description
The successful applicant must have a great attitude and want to learn all aspects of Human Resources. Candidate will perform administrative duties associated with all aspects of Human Resources functions. Responsibilities include: creating all new hire files , exit interviews, correspondence filing, new hire orientation, applicant tracking, pre-employment screening, assist with event coordination, tracking requisitions, conduct and document reference checks on candidates for employment and background checks as needed. Set up interview appointments, updating and posting internal open positions and provide information to applicants regarding application process. Assembling and maintaining new hire packets. Provide clerical and administrative support to include filing, faxing, express mail, word processing. Other responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Skills / Requirements
*2 years of related experience including HR administrative experience.
*Associate Degree or equivalent.
*Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and other PC skills.
*Bilingual English/Spanish verbal communication, reading and writing is a must.
