We are seeking a Bid Specialist to support he Trustee Unit in reminding clients of upcoming sales and obtaining their desired bidding strategy. Additional duties include:

Navigate through client systems and upload bidding instruction documents into the company system
Review clients desired bid amount and fees and costs pertaining to the file forward final bidding amount to Sale Company.
Assist in the daily operations including but not limited to telephone support, maintaining daily sales, diagnosing problems and completig regularly scheduled activities.

Required Skills

**Proficient computer skills including MS Word and Excel
**Excellent problem solving abilities
**Ability to work both independently as well as on teams
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Ability to multi-task
**Excellent organization skills
**High School diploma minimum requirement
**Must be able to work required schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
