RECEPTIONISTS - PT

Unusual opportunity to work part-time, Monday - Friday 12:15pm 5:00 pm at a professional company located in Sorrento Valley.

Requires reception experience: greeting visitors & applicants, multi-line phones, faxes, copying, variety of clerical tasks. Must be professional with exceptional phone skills, computer expertise including Word/Excel/Outlook, organized, dependable, great attitude.

Responsibilities:

* Answer and respond to incoming calls
* Greet visitors including customers and applicants
* Maintain reception area in a neat, organized manner
* Postage for outgoing mail
* Distribute faxes
* Maintain and distribute inter-company telephone lists
* Assist various departments with clerical assignments

Requirements: (NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE!)

* Desire to work part-time (Full time positions are not available!)
* Reception experience using multi-line console
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Exceptional verbal communication skills
* Computer experience including Microsoft Office
* Dependable and well organized
* Stable job history
* Ability to pass comprehensive background check
* An occasional 8 hour shift may be needed.
