Sr. Mortgage Bankers making $25,000+/month
Average $10,000+/month
Base Pay (not a draw) + Commission

We're looking for DYNAMIC, ENERGETIC SALES PERSONALITIES looking to GROW with a WINNING TEAM.

Skills / Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of mortgage loan processing and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to interact with team members and management effectively.
  • Ability to learn and apply new information and/or skills.
  • Ability to perform highly detailed work and multi-task.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and accomplish sales goals.

    Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Telephone sales experience originating residential home loans is required.
  • Provide proof of past and/or current performance.
  • Must meet requirements and qualifications for State Licensing Nationwide.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
