Job: Administrative Manager/Loan Support Supervisor

Direct supervisor to Loan Support staff and assistant to Loan Support Manager. Monitor all aspects of Loan Support Department. Track daily work flow for each area of the department. Review daily edit and balancing reports, monitor loan advances, disbursements and payment processing, book new loans, loan payoffs, PRA payments, billing changes and interest calculations. Back-up administrator of Harland Financials Laser-Pro loan documentation software.

Five years experience in commercial loan servicing, processing, closing and documentation. Three years experience in supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and third party vendors. Operational knowledge of note department functions. The ability to multi-task and delegate.
