Job: Branch Service Manager

Oversees daily operations of branch along with ongoing training and development of staff. Candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other departments. Ideal candidate would be an Assistant Manager with a Commercial Bank or posses an equal level of experience and responsibility. Organize and run the branch efficiently with little room for error.

Two years minimum operational and new accounts background required, in addition to, multi-tasking, delegating, and planning on a routine basis. Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales/business development skills. Two years previous management experience. A strong team motivator.
