Job: Construction Loan Servicer

Process commercial and residential construction loan payments and disbursements, including working with loan participations. Maintain disbursement files including spreadsheets, insurance, construction contracts, title updates and legal notices. Prepare construction budget spreadsheets on Excel to track construction loans and prepare daily balance sheets. Review construction draws.

High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of two years experience in commercial construction disbursement. Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to Excel and email. Metavante experience and Notary preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong organizational skills. Ability to lift loan files weighing up to 25 pounds above shoulders.
