This position will provide medical Screening and education to chronically ill mental health outpatients. Will require some local traveling.

Some of the Responsibilities
Instructs and educates patients.
Represents agency in the community through outreach and community presentations.
Participates in quality assurance activities of the Clinic.

Qualifications

• California RN License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• One year experience in an outpatient community medical facility.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) very helpful
