This position is responsible for the delivery of high quality, professional candidates for our entry level, management, and corporate employment opportunities. This individual will perform full cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. The Recruiter is also responsible for the following, but not limited to:



ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:



Ensure continuous replenishment of candidate pipeline based on market conditions, existing profiles, and current/projected operational engagements.
Track, analyze and report recruiting metrics.
Partner with business leaders in order to meet their staffing needs.
Ensure all positions are posted internally and externally. Write advertising copy that is compliance with federal and state guidelines and company policies.
Assist with management level searches, to include position specification, sourcing, screening and interviewing.
Conduct reference checks, communicate status of selection process to applicants and extend employment offers to candidates.
Assisting with the development and implementation of a strategic recruiting plan/strategy that takes into consideration Top Grading and other best practices.
Ensure that recruitment objectives are met and that recruiting relationships are established, maintained and nurtured.
Conduct a combination of one-on-one & structured group interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates.
Plan and participate in events for candidates and client development, such as job fairs, industry conferences, etc.
Facilitate prompt follow-up with hiring manager and all candidates.
Develop recruiting strategies that continually replenish the candidate pipeline with quality individuals based on hiring needs, market conditions, and current/projected operational needs.

Skills / Requirements
Requirements
BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience required, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Experience with an applicant tracking systems required.
Understanding of employment law and how it applies to recruitment required.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at senior levels.
Possess strong business acumen.
Technically proficient with all aspects of Internet recruiting.
Ability to travel to other regions if needed to support recruiting projects.
Ability to perform recruiting analytics and metrics and think strategically.
Ability to create intermediate Excel spreadsheets and formulas.
