The Owner Services Agent will answer reservation lines in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner. This position also requires completing reservations, maintaining owners books, addressing any inquiries requested by the villa owner via phone, e-mail, and/or fax. Generate reports, and correspondence. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by villa and management staff.

Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, excellent customer service and great communication skills.
