Job: Member Services - Call Center (Part-Time)

The San Diego Association of REALTORS® is the premier real estate trade association in San Diego and the third largest in the state. We make a difference by providing training and resources to help our members excel in the real estate industry.

SUMMARY
Primary function will be handling all outbound calls for recruitment of membership. Records information into the computer system for membership and education, by performing the following duties and responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed or determined.
1. Contacts potential members through various call lists provided to help grow membership.
2. Promotes member benefits and additional products and services.
3. Maintain membership files.
4. May be asked to assist with registration for association events, classes, seminars, and other programs.
5. Attend offsite classes related to this position and its scope, as needed and directed.
6. May provide back up to reception desk as needed.
7. Support for other departments as directed by supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
2. Previous call center experience required.
3. Association experience preferred.
4. Two years customer service experience required.

COMPUTER SKILLS
1. MS office
2. Rapattoni preferred

REASONING ABILITY
This position requires the individual to demonstrate the ability to use good judgment and appropriate language and care while handling the issues and concerns of our members in person, and callers by phone.
