BANKRUPTCY PARALEGAL MANAGER

McCarthy Holthus, LLP is a multi-state law firm with years of experience in successfully representing financial institutions in a variety of banking law matters with a specialization of mortgages in default. McCarthy Holthus, LLP provides services in the states of Arizona, California, Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington, in legal representation before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. District Courts and State Courts.

Summary:

Under the direction of the Bankruptcy Managing Attorney, will be responsible for directing and supervising the daily operations of the support staff. Primary duties include handling personnel issues, evaluation of staff performance, motivating employees and developing team unity, assessing timeline and productivity reports, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

**Previous supervisory/management experience in bankruptcy required
**Paralegal Certificate required
**Bachelor's degree highly desirable, not required
**Case management experience
**Ability to multi-task and ability to resolve conflicts
**Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
**Strong attention to detail
**Proficient in MS Office and relevant legal software systems
