General Job Description not limited to the below listed duties:

Provides a variety of customer service support duties to customers via the telephone.

This is a high volume call environment!

Ensures timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner.

Responds to inquires primarily through phone and sometimes mail and e-mail.


Encouraged to promote and sell the company’s products and services.

Provide operational management and support at the call center and other locations to ensure efficient and timely resolutions of customer service issues

Analyzes and makes recommendations based on call volume trends and other factors for forecasting future customer service needs including staffing and call capacity.


Skills/ Requirements
* 1-2 years of Call Center/ Customer Service Experience: Inbound calls preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Solid PC knowledge is REQUIRED
* High School Diploma or equivalent
