Job: Dishwasher

We are currently looking for a Full Time Dishwasher

The lucky canidate will
*Maintain food service area floors.
* Maintain dishwashing area in a clean and organized manner
* Clean pots and pans according to high temperature sanitation requirements.
* Ensure all areas of the food service department are kept at a high level of cleanliness.
* Ensure that dishwasher is cleaned at the end of each shift.
* Reports to supervisor immediately any malfunction of dishwasher
* Deliver and pickup room service trays.
* Assist Waitstaff and Diet Aides in moving meals to and from food service department.
* Performs other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.

Must be neat, with good grooming habits, and courteous. Must be able to communicate with, be interested in, and have compassion for the elderly. Possess good communication skill, both verbal and written, and be fluent with the English language. Read and understand labels on sanitary chemicals, and adhere to their appropriate and proper use. Use assigned equipment in a proper manner to ensure safety to self and to others. Able to follow schedules and meet deadlines as posted. Able to work as a member of the food service and health care teams. Able to maintain professional composure under stressful conditions.
