Job: FACILITIES MANAGER

A leading provider of senior care is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for Maintenance, Housekeeping, Transportation and Security Departments. You will act as a Project Manager for construction and renovations projects throughout St. Paul’s. You must have demonstrated leadership and organization skills. You will be computer literate and have Safety Officer Experience.

The Facilities Manger must have a minimum of 5 years experience and we prefer a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Military experience/Maritime Chief Engineering.
