Job: HR Generalist: Internal Branding

Are you an HR Professional who is creative, fun, innovative and can get things done?

Rancho Santa Fe Technology (RSFT) is seeking a team member who will create & drive an internal marketing campaign that defines a distinct and memorable RSFT Team Member Experience.

This team member will be responsible for creating an internal branding system that attracts, inducts, develops, retains and recognizes team members consistent with the RSFT culture. The system will also promote team member wellness and safety. In addition, responsibilities will include most day-to-day tactical HR functions.

The ideal candidate for our team:
- Has knowledge of and demonstrated practices in "Experience Economy" concepts as well as progressive workplace practices,
- Is savvy in HRIS and Intranet set-up and creation,
- Has experience with the various Internet Social Medias,
- Has proven experience as a leader, coach, and mentor to team members, and as a strategic partner across all organizational functions,
- Exudes limitless energy, enthusiasm and innovative/progressive thinking, and
- Possesses 6+ years of solid generalist experience in all aspects of Human Resources functions.
