Job: Marketing Representative

We are currently seeking a Marketing Representative. This position is responsible for marketing our community to ethnically diverse churches with in our target market area by coordinating activities at all levels of care at Mount Miguel Covenant Village. Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Director, this person will assist in assuring that all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and appropriate follow-up contacts are documented.

The Marketing Representative responds to inquires, guides tours, coordinates "Get Acquainted Visits", represents the organization at community and church events, and assists new and prospective residents with the move-in process. Some local travel required. This position works Monday through Friday, typically 8:30am to 5:00pm.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Minimum two years of higher education (college degree strongly preferred)

2. Two to three years experience in marketing, sales, or continuing care environment (a combination of such experience preferred)

3. Previous experience interacting with the public, churches, and multi-cultural groups is strongly preferred.

4. Highly developed communication skills and a pleasant and professional demeanor

5. A working knowledge of marketing concepts (required) and of the long-term care industry (preferred)

6. Must be committed to the mission of Covenant Retirement Communities

7. Valid California Drivers License is required
