We are seeking a Network Recruiter for our Clinical Network Management Department.

The primary function of this position is to make calls to prospective providers to encourage them to join our ASHP/ASHN network, either by setting an appointment for a meeting and/or securing a completed application. Your assigned client base is health care professionals who are familiar with American Specialty Health and have been sent information on joining the provider network.

EDUCATION:
• AA degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of one year of top performance as an inside sales representative.
• Ability to build and manage a book of business generated from dedicated sales campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and objectives.
• Ability to field and handle typical sales objections.
• Strong presentation and closing skills, combining the ability to educate and sell.
• Commitment to high quality presentations and dedication to spending consistent time on the phone.
• A team player that demonstrates enthusiasm, high energy and competitiveness.
• Exhibits self confidence, positive attitude and the desire to be a top performer.
• Basic computer experience including contact management software, internet research and navigation.
