We are seeking a Business Analyst for our Information Technology Department.

The primary purpose of this position is to collect, document, and interpret requirements and act as a liaison between internal business owners and IT managers to assist and guide Web development projects.

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Web application development projects, collecting systems requirements, creating documentation.
• Experience in a managed health plan helpful but not required.
• Experience with requirements gather, system impact analysis, and testing iterations of the software development lifecycle.
• Team Foundation Server background helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Technical writing experience is a plus
