Job Summary:
Will assist Trustee Sale Officer in processing the foreclosure action, within the scope of limited responsibilities, by complying with established procedures and guidelines and through a commitment to teamwork. Essential Functions: Under general supervision: 1. Updates Prommis Solutions, Inc. computers with information. 2. Updates client's database with information. 3. Prepares and generates legal documents and notices as required. 4. Coordinates with title companies for necessary documents, recordings, searches etc, and verifies for accuracy and completeness. 5. Prepares reinstatement and payoff quotes and process funds received. 6. Schedules publications of legal notices and sets and monitors trustee sales. 7. Disposes of completed files, including sending final invoices to clients. 8. Monitors follow-up letters for files on hold. 9. Obtains necessary information from clients database systems. 10. Answers telephone inquires. 11. Follows up on outstanding documents/services. 12. Completes tasks through 3rd Party systems. 13. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general degree (GED); and at least two years of relevant industry experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of TESS Order processing system and MicrosoftWord and Excel software. Familiarity with the following 3rd Party systems a plus: NewTrak, Quandis, Vendor Scape, LenStar. Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to type 45 + WPM; 10-key familiarity; General knowledge of the non-judicial foreclosure procedures in the various states serviced. Important Notes
