Job Summary:
Assist the Trustee Sale Officer in all clerical work and minor administrative and business details through teamwork. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 1. Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer. 2. Composes and types routine correspondence. 3. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. 4. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. 5. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. 6. Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate official and places outgoing calls. 7. Sorts daily computer work. 8. Logs in new orders and sets up file. 9. Access and updates computer systems screens for foreclosure information. 10. Other duties may be assigned. Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction. 10. Initiative - Ask for and offers help when needed. Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general degree (GED); or 6 months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of TESS Database software; Microsoft Explorer Internet software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
