Account Representatives are responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls for credit card members.

Candidates must be able to negotiate, provide payment options and/or resolve disputes with card members. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, motivated by money, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or GED required. Individuals experienced in customer service, call-centers and/or sales thrive at GC Services. Bilingual a plus!!
