Job: Art Director

San Diego County apparel company seeking a creative Art Director. This person will be responsible for the oversight and management of all stages of art work ensuring marketability of current and future styles and trends.

Requires 5 years experience in a management/supervisory and/or equivalent role including the ability to assign art projects based on talent pool of in-house artists and freelancers and ensure timely and correct changes based on client needs.

Art background required. Please submit art portfolio including sketches, typography, illustrations, layouts or link to your work to be considered for the position. Apparel and silk screening background a plus. Must have a keen eye that can distinguish quality art pieces.
