McCarthy Holthus, LLP is a multi-state law firm with years of experience in successfuly representing financial institutions in a variety of banking law matters with a specialization of mortgages in default. McCarthy Holthus, LLP provides services in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Nebraska, Idaho and New Mexico in legal representation before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. District Courts and State Courts.

The Bankruptcy Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the Bankruptcy support staff in handling personnel issues, recruitment, assessing reports, and troubleshooting.

Additional duties include but not limited to;

**Timeline management and improvement
**Quality Control
**Review reports and assess (includes internal and client reports)
**Monitor productivity and issue resolution
**Monitor referral volume
**Resolve and respond to client complaints in multiple states
**Communicate and coordinate new/revised procedures, policies and processes, including reminders
**Resolve and respond to internal complaints regarding bankruptcy staff/processes
**Responsible for recruitment of department including reviewing resumes, interviewing, etc.
**Responsible for training and coordination of training
**Manage personnel issues including time off requests, schedule changes, morale issues, job performance issues, office policy violations and disciplinary actions

Required Skills:

**3 to 5 years management/supervisory experience related to bankruptcy operations is highly desirable
**Previous experience in managing operations related to bankruptcy is highly desirable
**Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
**Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
**Ability to resolve conflicts
**Proficient in MS Office
