Job: ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE/RECRUITER

KAPLAN COLLEGE - SAN DIEGO is seeking ambitious, goal oriented candidate for our fast paced Adult Admissions Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Heavy outbound calls from leads provided daily
* Take daily student inquiry calls
* Responsible for all aspects of student acquisition
* Interview interested applicants to determine interest / motivation / effort / ability to qualify for the program that is compatible with career goals
* Review program(s), tour facility, discuss accreditation, placement assistance and student services
* Schedule testing and financial aid appointments, begin enrollment application
* Generate weekly reports on student appointments, interviews, enrollments and starts
* Monitor enrollment activity and update telephone logs
* Responsible for achieving assigned student enrollment goals

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree recommended
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter
* Solid proven skills and integrity a must
* Exceptional social and multi-tasking skills needed
* High level of Customer Service required
* Must be able to consistently produce results
* Ability to handle stress emphasized
* Willing to work some evenings till 8:00 pm and some Saturdays
